Cancellation,Return and Refund Policy

You agree and acknowledge that you believe in our success story and take our services with confidence. You agree and acknowledge before selecting services and making payment, you have evaluated our services completely as per your requirements. Also, you agree and acknowledge that there is a lot of work involved to achieve every milestone while offering services to you and therefore it shall be very difficult for us to provide any refund.

Further, you agree and acknowledge to notify us for cancellation of a booking request. You shall provide us complete details of booking through our booking form. Booking amount/Advance/Full and Final Payment is not refundable once we shared Vendor or Vehicle and driver details with you.(i.e 23 Hours and 59 Minutes Last before journey starts) In case your cancellation request is accepted then there shall be a cancellation fee/Commission including GST and we may refund you the amount in 30 days’ time from the date of cancellation request accepted. It is pertinent to mention here that if the refund request is made before 24 hours from the time and date of trip. The amount Received by us either in the name of  Booking amount or any Advance payment received in whatsoever name shall be paid as per the Chart below.

If the truck has reached client location and there is delay in loading per hour waiting charges i.e Rs 50/- per hour for 4 wheeler Only and above 4 Wheeler tyre vehicle Rs 80/- per hour shall be charged type directly to the owner of the vehicle, if the vehicle is not loaded and returned empty customer had to pay driver fuel charges. Further, considering the same reasons, you agree and acknowledge that you shall not raise any dispute with payment repository/payment service providers for refunding the payment. In case if you raise any such disputes then you agree, acknowledge and allow us to instruct payment repository/payment service providers to credit payment in our account as per this clause. 

How We receive payment & return:

Payment plans for different types of  trucks/transport/taxis/buses and motorbikes ( home page link here ) vehicles shall be as listed on our site.

We accept bookings as Cod (cash on delivery ) and as online payment using (credit card/ debit card/ internet banking/ online transfer) when ride will complete a final invoice will be generated to make the final amount with gst.

Our fares do not include out of pocket expenses including but not limited to labour charges, parking charges, night surcharge, RTO challans, RTO taxes, waiting time charges, any type of levy and other similar charges shall not be our liability and therefore it shall be paid by you directly to the appropriate parties.  

User authorizes and allows us to retain your consignments in case of any type of non-payment from your side. We may return your consignments only after due payment is received in our account.

Domestic Charges:

We bring these services like motorbike, taxi, buses, truck, ac truck, trala, open truck in pan India. We will launch this services in India and take booking as per the location A to location B , if else there is area increase by customer from Location A to Location B, extra cost will be charged by the customer.

We initiate these services for pan India but charges applied as the location chosen by the customer. We take Distance price for fixed, as per kilometer as per plain area charges, as per hill area charges and so on.

Shipping Method & Charges

Price will be divided into two break-up in invoice that will include total price & GST 18%. Shipping method is as Cod (cash on delivery) & online payment using bank payment gateway. As of now we don’t take any shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery time

Estimated Delivery time will as per the booking and estimated time which was reflect on the screen while customer book his vehicle on transportsweb.com website’s or on application.

Additional Charges Policy:

You agree and acknowledge that you shall pay total fare charges for booking as per the area eg plain area fare & hill area fare.

Available vehicle take the booking if by any chance same vehicle is not available, ride will be automatically cancelled. Also, you clearly understand and agree that additional drop points or pick up points shall be considered additionally in fare charges.
